Clinical Significance Of Expression Of Matix Metalloproteinase-9,3 And Tissue Inhibitor Of Metalloproteinase-1 In Glomeruli Of Membranous Nephropathy

Objective: To explore the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) and tissue inhibitor of metal loproteinse-1 (TIMP-1) in the glomeruli of patients with membranous nephropathy(MN), and its relationship with albuminuria and serum creatinine . To deeply understand the contribution of MMPs and TIMP-1 to idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN). To enlighten the recognition about the therapy to IMN equally.Method: 1,The subject group included 44 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy .They were final diagnosed by renal needle biopsy for the first time . The control group included six mono-side nephrectomy patients because kidney benign tumor .To take normal nephridical tissue of control group away from focal tissue as control samples. The idiopathic membranous nephropathy group included 44 patients ,male was 23, female was 21,average age was 38.34±14.18 years. IMN group divided to four subset on the basis of pathological staging .The number of I stage MN group was thirty-five, male was 18, female was 17,average age was 39.11 ± 14.43 years;...
