Studies On The Chemical Constituents Of Acroptilon Repens And Artemisia Ordosica

The chemical constituents of Acroptiln repens and Artemisia ordosica were studied in this thesis , which consists of four parts as follows .Chapter 1 The recent development of Acroptiln repens and Artemisia ordosicaThe recent development of the chemical constituents and bioactive study on Acroptiln repens and Artemisia ordosica are briefly reviewed .Chapter 2 Studies on the chemical constituents of Acroptilon repensThe chemical constituents of the ethanol extracts from Acroptilon repens are systematically investigated and twelve compounds are isolated and purified by means of column chromatography . These compounds are identified by their spectral data as :2a , 9β-dihydroxy-dehydrocostus lactone,cynaropicrin, apigenin,stigmasterol , n-pentacosane,4'-hydroxywogonin,ethyl caffeate,p-methoxy-cinnamic acid,luteolin, daucosterol,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, syringin . 2α , 9β-dihydroxy-dehydrocostus lactone is a new compound .Chapter 3 Studies on flavonoid constituents from herbs of Artemisia ordosicaThe chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extracts from herbs of Artemisia ordosica are further studied .
