The Effect Of Ethyl Acetate Extract Of Sappanwood On T Cell Subpopulation Group Of Mouse

Objective: To investigate the effection of ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood on T lymphocyte subset to discuss the resist function and possible mechan. To provide theory foundation for further study on the immunosuppressive action of sappanwood biologically active component.Methods : part 32 mouses into four groups:group A:high dose.group B:suffer dose.group C low dose and group D normal . Ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood is dilued with olive oil.use the equivalent dosage of active compound sappanwood 35g, 45g, 55g/kg to intragastric administration;blank control group use 0.2ml/10g olive oil to intragastric administration.After eight days observe the content percent of the CD4~+, CD8~+ of spleen and compute the ratio of CD4~+ / CD8~+.Result: Ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood can evidently reduce the content of CD4~+ of T cell and the ratio of CD4~+ / CD8~+, moreover have no infection on the content of CD8~+ of T cell.Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood can reduce the content of CD4~+ of T cell and the ratio of CD4~+ / CD8~+ of spleen,possess determinate function on immuno-supression.
