Objective:The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of CABG on patients with coagulation function and red blood cell morphologyMethods.:64cases of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting operation patients were randomly divided into intraoperative autotransfusion group (observation group) and allogeneic blood transfusion group (control group) with32cases in one group. In the observation group with applying Kuwait Xijingcardiopulmonary bypass improved blood receiver device (Mode12000)produced by Dongguan medical equipment limited company.transfusion to patients was done directly after membrane filter without washing. The observation group blood transfusion was done3hoursafter operation if necessary. Venous blood of Two groups of patients were taken preoperatively, postoperatively (protamine neutralization, before blood transfusion), after transfusion (after3hours) and24hours of postoperative, blood routine test, determination of prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), PT normalized ratio (PT-INR), fibrinogen (Fbg). At the same time to retrieve the collection of blood samples, morphology of red cells of blood samples were observed under electron microscopethe proportion of irregular red blood cell were recorded in1000red cells. The obtained data was represented by mean±SD. Using SPSS130software to undertake statistical processing. Within group at different time points compared to the single factor variance analysis, comparison between groups take the independent samples t test. P<0.05for the difference has statistical significance.Results:1.General information:the major clinical data such as the day in the hospital of the patients of the two groups, and the total drainage pericardial mediastinal drainage showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).The blood transfusion of the observation group is less than in the control group (P<0.05). Two groups of patients had no severe postoperative complications.2.The observation group in the postoperative period, after3hours,24hours latter had no no significant differences in the coagulation function compared with the control group (P>0.05).3.Three hours after the operationblood in red blood cell, hemoglobin, plateletin blood routine of the observation groupis higher than that of in the control group (P<0.05).4.The morphology of erythrocyte in the observation group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.This study confirmed the patients had no severe postoperative complications after the autologous blood transfusion.2The method of autologous blood transfusion in OPCABG could reduce or quit the input of allogeneic blood and had little effect on coagulation system. 3..This research holds thatthe damage of the unwashed autologous blood transfusion on the recovery of blood cell was less than the banked blood,;It’s also safe and economical, suitable for applied in basic hospitals.
