Danggui blood-supplementing decoction is tipical mixed medicine widly used in clinc supplementing qi and blood. The contemporary studies on the Danggui blood-supplementing decoction is very much, and the date can be reduced to three proportions of pharmacology, mechanism and appliance. The literature record focused on its mechanism and material basis. The research on complex chemical components is only limited in single medicine, Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali. Yet the studies of the whole component on the Danggui blood-supplementing decoction are fewer. Having referred the academic publications on TCM during the last decade, the paper explored a series of experiment methods in proportion compatibility, the main contains as follow:1. The method for the determination of the trace elements in danggui blood-supplementing decoction by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was presented. And the contents and solubility of the trace elements in Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali of different proportion were compared. The recovery rates of the procedure were between 97. 2% and 115. 6%. The RSDs were between 0.82% and 5.56%. When Angelicae Sinensis : Radix Astragali was 1:5, the solubility of trace elements was the highest. The couple of danggui blood-supplementing decoction was proved reasonable. The method was simple, convenient and suitable for traditional Chinese medicine.2. A method for the determination of Pb , Cd , Cr in Danggui Blood-Supplementing Decoction by GFAAS was studied, and the contents and the solubility of three heavy metals in the different decoction were compared. The recoveries of the procedure were between 91. 1% and 109. 3%. The RSDs were between 1.2% and 11.5%. The method with low detection limit and high selectivity was simple, rapid, precise. The results indicated that the couple of Danggui Blood-Supplementing decoction was reasonable.
