Liver cirrhosis is a common disease, liver transplantation is a unique and most available of therapeutic method. Heterotopic auxiliary part liver transplantation is better than ortho-topic liver transplantation (OLT) and auxiliary partial orthotopic liver transplantation ( APOLT) ,without resecting liver of host,no wholly blocking inferior vena and portal vein,no anhepatic phase, and little change in haemodynamic. There is also a problem of graft atrophy for heterotopic auxiliary part liver transplantation, however, sufficient blood flow of portal vein is essential to avoiding it . So related research was carried out by establishing the new animal model of heterotopic auxiliary part liver transplantation. Objective To observe the changes of haemodynamics, electrolyte, biochemistry indexes and the pressure of portal vein and portal vein perfusion intraoperation and after operation by establishing the animal model of splenectomy and heterotopic auxiliary part liver transplantation, in order to provide evidences for developing heterotopic auxiliary part liver transplantation in clinic. Methods Using 10 health immature pigs as donor , 10 pigs with liver cirrhosis as recipient, the left lobe of the donor liver was resected in vitro, the right lobe was used as a graft. Then splenectomy and disconnecting communicating branch between portal vein and azygos vein were carried out in host , inferior vena supra - liver of the graft was anastomosised end — to — side to inferior vena supra — liver of the host with drainage tube, portal vein of the graft was anastomosised end- to- end to splenic vein of the host , hepatic artery of the graft was anastomosised end - to - end to splenic artery of the host, common bile duct of the donor was intubated and bile was drained out - of - body . During the process of transplantation, we monitored the concentration of K+ ,AB,BE,PH,MAP,CVP,HR and the pressure of portal vein and portal vein perfusion at four pionts, which is the discission of...
