| Background and Aim Hepatic cirrhosis and portal hypertension (PHT) is a common and frequently-occurring disease. PHT is an appearance of decompensation stage of hepatic cirrhosis, which possesses specific regional and systematical hemodynamics characters. End stage innocent liver diseases are indication of clinical liver transplantation. Only liver transplantation can abscise PHT. There are regional and systematical hemodynamics changes during liver transplantation and so afrer it. So, we need establish a applicable hemodynamics test facility to small mammal, in order to promote foundation research of liver transplantation. Study the egional and systematical hemodynamics changes after liver transplantation in PHT rats can identify the character of the egional and systematical hemodynamics before and after liver transplantation, and identify the relationship betweent the prognosis and hemodynamics changes after liver transplantion. On this foundation, we can invertigate the effect of therapy or preclaution, which can improve hemodynamics, and we can improve the survival rate of liver transplantation.
