Thyroid cancer is one of the most common endocrine cancers and it is 4% of the malignant tumor of the whole body. Early diagnosis and treatment can prolong the patients'lifetime and improve the surviving rate. Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most common malignant thyroid tumor, which composes 60-70% of the whole. Because of its unobvious clinical manifestation and obscure characteristics on imaging, PTC tends to be misdiagnosed as benign pathological changes.PTC metastasizes early and relatively more often. It can metastasize to cervical lymph nodes even before the original site can be touched and the metastasis site grows slowly and tends to form a cyst. The former tends to be misdiagnosed as chronic lymphadenitis, lymphatic TB or fibroma; the latter, some kind of cyst, which makes PTC diagnosis more difficult. Some articles report that CK19 P53 P63 EMA are highly expressed in PTC cells but less in benign ones. They are regarded as good markers for distinguishing benign or malignant thyroid tumor, especially for PTC. Other articles report that P53 P63 CerbB-2 nm23 are highly related with PTC's invasion and metastasis. When PTC has widely invaded or metastasized, assistant chemical therapy is often needed after operation. There are few reports on PTC's chemotherapeutic drug resistance. This study is aiming at measurement of CK19 P53 P63 EMA CerbB-2 nm23 P170's protein expression among 38 PTC patients and 38 benign thyroid disease.1. To estimate the clinical value of CK19 P53 P63 EMA on distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid disease esp. for PTC.2.To get further knowledge about the relationship between P53 P63...
