Background : Cerebral infarction can arose serious injure.At present,the treatment methods:stroke unit,anti-blood platelets,and fibrinolysis are affirmed by domestic and international.But defribrase is not yet generally accepted.Batroxobin is one kind of defribrase,it not only can lower the leve of fibrinogen,but also can release t-PA(tissue-type plasminogen activator) and repress PAI-1(TypeⅠplasminogen activator inhibitor)activity.It possibily makes a function in fibrinolyses mechanisim.Objective:To study the possibility of fibrinolysis of batroxobin in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infaction .To examine the relativity of batroxobin with t-PA,PAI,that is the diffrence of the quantity of t-PA activated by batroxobin firstly applied in the groups:10BU,15BU,20BU.Methods:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three treatment groups.The different dose batroxobin:10BU,15BU,20BU were injected within 72 hours.The levels and trends of fibrinogen,t-PA,PAI,D-dimmer were measured before using the medicine,after 1 hour,6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours.The method of NIH-NINDS was adopted to analyze nervous function before treatment,24 hours,3 days and 7 days after treatment.Results:①Comparing the plasma level of fibrinogen,t-PA,PAI,D-dimmer ,there were no diffrence inside the groups before therapy(P>0.05).②Fibrinogen:After treatment the fibrinogen levels of all the groups were decreasing during 1~12 hours. The level of group 3 was the most obxiously lowest(P<0.05).But they all recovered in 24 hours.③The t-PA levels of all the groups were increasing gradually during 1 to 12 huors after...
