In these years, the study of the biological effects of magnetic fields has been listed as the important task in the field of biomedical engineering. In this dissertation, firstly, the advances of applications and background in biological effects of magnetic fields were systematically summarized. Then, using the rare earth-NdFeB constant magnetic flakes, the "Quick Healing Plaster" was developed. To investigate the effects of constant magnetic fields on wound healing, the animal models were established. Then, the examinations of anatomy and pathology were performed. To investigate the clinical effect of constant magnetic field on postoperative wound healing, the constant magnetic plasters were adopted by different postoperative sufferers, and the quality and speed of wound healing and the grades of scar adhesion were examined. It is favorable to provide new methods for promoting the wound healing and restraining the scar adhesion. The work can be summarized as follows:1. By tracking the literature in this field both at home and abroad, to meet the requirements of animal experiments and clinical test, the style and parameters of magnetic fields were reasonably choosed. The "Quick Healing...
