Dendritic cells (DC) have the strongest capacity in capturing, processing and presenting antigen in imraunocytes. DC can initiate immune responses of T cells and induce T cell-dependent antibodies generation. These functions are much correlated to maturation of DC. In recent years, more and more evidences indicate that cellular immunity especially induced by CTL is important in resisting malignancies.
