BACKGROUDRheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a familiar chronic and systemic and inflammatory autoimmune disease, in which main clinical features are chronic and symmetric poly-synovium joints inflammation and extra-articular lesions. At the early stage of the disease, the joints are characterized by inflammatory reaction and dysfunction; but at the late stage of the disease, the joints are characterized by different grades of stiffness and malformations, accompanied by the atrophy of skeletal muscles and bones. RA is a great jeopardize to humans, and could deprive the patients of labor force partly at the early stage of the disease. Moreover, RA patients will lose all labor force at the late stage, characterized by the joints malformation badly and the cartilage and the bone under cartilage destroyed badly, leading to joint deformity, unbearable pain and loss to society and the individuals. Because of the high incidence, the heaviness burden and recrudesce of RA, which is considered as "the deathless cancer".The pathogenesis of RA is still elusive.
