Background and objective:AMI (acute myocardial infarction)had no specific therapy before 1960's,and inpatient's mortality reached 25%~30%. Coronary care unit's (CCU) establishment, thrombolytic therapy's development, interventional therapy's application were called as three milestones of AMI therapy history in the last century. With clinical application of those advanced therapy concepts and measures, AMI inpatient's mortality decreased to less than 5%.However, with rapid development of modern society there are some new harmful factors rising, such as structural change of diet, high living pressure and quick living rhythm etc. Which have been making coronary heart disease's incidence, especially AMI incidence and mortality increased. According to the report of World Health Organization (WHO), at present there are seventeen million patients who die of cardiovascular diseases; and more than a half of them die of AMI. In the recent decade, AMI incidence has been obviously rising in our country, and has been approaching the average level of the developed country. After AMI, the most frequent complication is heart failure. Large area myocardial necroses after AMI will invariably lead to the change of systolic and diastolic stress, and inefficient function, further heart remodeling and heart failure. Recent years , with the further research on the patho-physiological mechanism of heart failure, it has been considered that decreased number of efficient working myocardial cells and remolding are major reasons for...
