Following the society development and economic increasing, drinking milk has become available for all the people. Milk not only provides the high quality protein but also has a lot of microelements, especially calcium which has benefit to bone metabolism and play an important physiological role in human body. Drinking milk not only provides rich nutrients but also help to prevent the chronic diseases. As the fast development of population aging, the quantity of the patients who suffered from bone metabolic disease increases day by day. Now there are about 2000,000 persons who suffered from osteoporosis in different levels all over the world. The incidence of osteoporosis has been at the seventh of the usual diseases. Osteoporosis is a general metabolic disease, the character of that is osteopenia, bone microstructure degeneration, fragility increase, easy to fracture,etc..The pathogenesis is not very clear now. There are some difficulties in clinical treatment. It is used to use estrogen, diphosphonate, calcitonin, fluoride and so on for a long time, which are costly, with serious side-effect, and not sure therapeutic effect. It is an imminent task to prevent and cure osteoporosis from the nutrition point of view under the instruction of nutriology. Now under the instruction of nutrition theory, it is an important study way to intervene and prevent osteoporosis.Economic development improves the living level greatly, solve the food problem, but too much energy intake and nutrition imbalance have led to high incidence of many chronic diseases. All kinds of nutrients distribution are balanced in milk, which not only provide enough nutition, but also help to prevent chronic diseases. A lot of calcium and high quality protein in milk is its major dominance. This study deals with the two aspects of bone and protein metabolism in order to explore the effect of long-term drinking milk on the bone and protein metabolism in mice. This article builds up the data to clarify overall the effect on animal and man of multi-generation drinking milk. Materials and Methods1 Materials1.1 Milk Red Star brand milk powder(Produced in Heilongjiang Red Star Corporation), add water equal to 1:7 to become recovered milk.1.2 Animal: SPF grade, four-week old BALB/c mice, provided by The Laboratory Animal Center of Henan Province.
