Purpose This study was designed to evaluate the changes of myocardial protection after surgery on beating heart and arrested heart during correction of congenital heart diseases, which also intensively investigate the changes of myocardial protection after surgery on beating heart and arrested heart. Recently, the value of heart fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI)had regarded as myocardial damage markers.
