Objective1. Try to investigate the relationship between oligozoospermia or asthenozoospermia and sperm morphology ; To investigate the type and rate of sperm abnormalities in patients with oligozoospermia or with asthenozoospermia, in order to provide the data basis for the best protocol in assisted reproductive technology.2. To study the relationship between oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia, teratozoospermia and maturity of sperm nucleus; to investigate the relationship between sperm head abnormalites and maturity of sperm nucleus.3. To study the relationship between the acrosin in human sperm and male infertility.4. To study the pathological changes of DNA in semen cells of patients with serious teratozoospermia.MethodsAccording to WHO standards, the semen samples were analyzed by routine semen analysis and modified papanicolaou staining for spermatozoa. After semen liquefying, the samples were analyzed by aniline blue staining for the maturity of sperm nucleus. Acrosin reaction was determined by fixed gelatin substrate film technique. Flow cytometry was used to study the pathological changes of DNA in semen cells.Results1. The percentage of normal sperm morphology of patients with oligozoospermia was 4.00, and the percentage of normal density semen was 8.21. The significant different was observed between them(P<0.05).
