Transurthralktplaser Treatment Of Bladder Tumor(36 Cases Report)

Objective:To describe the operation methods and experiences using KTPIaser in treating bladder tumor.Methods:80w KTP laser applied for treating 36 cases of bladder tumor which were comfirmed by exaninations of cystoscopy and pathology,All tumors were in stage Ta^T₁ The size of tumor was 0.5cm⁴.0cm.Results:Bladder tumors in 36patents were treatd successfully with 80w KTP laser .Operation time ranged 10min to 60min(mean 25 min).There were no intraoperative complications such as bleeding,perforation,obturator spasms and delayed complications.Catheter time was aboutl-3days.All cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months,and tumor recurrence were found in 2 cases. Concisions: It has been demonstrated that 80w KTP laser treatment of superficial biadder tumor is provded with advantages of effectiveness,simple procedure, less complications and safety.
