Objective :To investigate the effects of Aprotinin between the content of erythrocyte MDA enzymatic activities of erythrocyte SOD Na+-K+-ATPase ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase, erythrocyte Receptor for Chemokine (ECKR) and erythrocyte immunity function and dose-effective relation in children patients with congenital malformation heart disease(CHD) undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) Methods:Twenty-six children patients with congenital malformation heart disease(CHD)-undergoing open heart surgery with CPB were selected on standard and randomly divided into 3 groups: control group(group A, n=6) , small-dose Aprotinin group(group B, n=10) and high-dose Aprotinin group(group C, n=10) In group B C, the patients received Aprotinin 50 000 KIU / kg 100 000KIU / kg of which half was given i. v. before CPB and the other half dose was added to the priming solution. In control group the patients received normal saline instead of Aprotinin . Blood samples were taken from radial artery before the operation(T1) , 15min,30 min 2h after the initiation of CPB(T2,3,4 and 24 h after the operation(T5)for the determination of erythrocyte MDA(E-MDA) the enzymatic activities of erythrocyte SOD(E—SOD) erythrocyte Na+-K+-ATPase ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase, erythrocyte Receptor for Chemokine (ECKR) (using yeast cell activation method) and Red blood cell C3b receptor rate(RBC-3bRR), red blood cell immune-complex rate(RBC-ICRR)Results:...
