Objective To observe the protection of aprotinin and ulinastatin andaminomethylbenzoic acid and aminomethylbenzoic acid on blood fibrinolyticsystem during cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Forty-eight patients were divided into four groups:ulinastatinand aminomethylbenzoic acid group (A group,n=12):patients receivedulinastatin12000IU/kg and aminomethylbenzoic acid10mg/kg was added intothepriming solution;protinin group (UP group, n=12):patients receivedaprotinin200KIU was added into the priming solution. aminomethylbenzoicacid group (P group, n=12): patients received aminomethylbenzoic acid10mg/kg was added into the priming solution; blank group(B group,n=12):without any antifibrinolytic therapy.Results4Group CPB time, blood transfusion was no significantdifference. In postoperative24h chest tube drainage UP group (443.3±150.82ml), P group (430.0±178.29ml) with the A group (290.0±97.98ml)Comparison of P <0.05, have statistical difference. Aprotinin group has a case ofsevere allergic reaction. Conclusion Aprotinin and ulinastatin andaminomethylbenzoic acid and aminomethylbenzoic acid are effective instabilizing fibrinolytic system and preserving platelet function duringCPB,leading to less postoperative blood loss. Ulinastatin and aminomethylbenzoic acid tranexamic acid group and group two to reducepostoperative bleeding effect approximation, ulinastatin blood conservationeffect is not prominent, aminomethylbenzoic acid and ulinastatin similar, alsohas anti-inflammatory effect, and the price is low and less adverse reactions, noallergic reaction, can be used as one of the alternative drug aprotinin, and isworthy of popularization and application in CPB.
