The correlation between the pathology grade and the expression of P27kip1,P57kip2 and CyclinE was analysised by statistics method.We investigated 50 human astrocytoma patients and found out their survival time after operation. And the result was analysised through Kaplan-Meier survival curve. With several clinical factors,we analysised the prognosis by univariate and multivariate logistic analysis.ã€Result】:The expression of P27kip1,P57kip2 and CyclinE in human astrocytoma was remarkable difference with the malignant degree of differentiation(P<0.05). Through Spearman ranking analysis, the expression of P27kip1,P57kip2 and CyclinE had significiant statistically associations between them(P<0.05). The positive expression of P27kip1,P57kip2,and the negative CyclinE expression in human astrocytoma had longer survival time than the negative expression of P27kip1,P57kip2,and the positive CyclinE expression through Kaplan-Meier survival curve.Through univariate and multivariate logistic analysis, the malignant degree, the preoperative KPS, the P27kip1 and CyclinE expression in astrocytoma were positively related to human astrocytoma prognosis. The discriminant analysis further proved that result.ã€Conclusion】:The expression of P27kip1,P57kip2 and CyclinE was related to malignant degree of human astrocytoma. The expression of P27kip1,P57kip2 and CyclinE had significiant statistically associations between them.
