Objective:Through strict foresighted random control experiment,to scientific confirm and systemic evaluate the validity and security of Kuailvning capsule to cure ventricular arrhythmia。Methods:In the foresighted random control study based on Kuailvning capsule as primary treatment, 146 cases of the control group and the curative group respectively were chosen, and made a follow-up visit for more than 3 months. The validity and security were observed. Results: 1. The security of Kuailvning capsule to cure ventricular arrhythmia (heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency) is well, and the adverse reaction of inducing arrhythmia is not found. The short-term curative effect of TCM syndrome of Kuailvning is obviously superior to that of conventional chemical propafenone used as positive control drug (the total effect rate of curative group is 94.89%, while that of the control group is 70.9%, P<0.01). The curative effect of anti-arrhythmia in holter of Kuailvning win the advantage over propafenone, too. 2. Kuailvning can remarkably reduce the QT dispersion of ventricular arrhythmia patients(heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency),and improve heart rate variability (time domain index). As far as reduce premature beat on ECG and arrhythmia recrudescent rate after stopping drugs are concerned, Kuailvning excels conventional therapeutics distinctly, and the poisonous side effect has not been discovered during clinical practice. Conclusion: Kuailvning capsule, which based on"clearing heart fire, nourishing heart yin, tranquilizing the mind", has the favorable curative effect, security and superiority to cure ventricular arrhythmia (heat syndrome due to yin-deficiency).
