ObjectiveBifidobacterium is an important normal physiological bacterium of human and animal colon. Lipoteichoic acid(LTA)of Bifidobacterium is able to induce tumor cells apoptosis in vivo and in vitro, but which signal pathway of inducing tumor cells apoptosis is still unclear. In order to explore conceivable signal pathway of LTA inducing tumor cells apoptosis, the expressions of Toll-like receptors and the changes of relative signal molecules in colon cancer LoVo cells treated with LTA were investigated.Methods1. The changes of LoVo cells morphology by LTA inducing apoptosis were observed by microscope, and the apoptosis rate of LoVo cells was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI double marked assay. The expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 on LoVo cells in control and LTA treatment were measured, and after dealling with close antibody of TLR2 and TLR4, the apoptosis rates of LoVo cells treated by LTA were measured.2. The mRNA expressions of FADD and MyD88 in LoVo cells treated with LTA were detected by RT-PCR, the changes of FADD expression in...
