Clinical Research Of The Inflammatory Mechanism Of Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective: Recent research showed that atherosclerosis (AS) especially cerebral vascular disease caused by carotid AS is one of the seriously damaging diseases and that controlling the formation and development of AS has been the primary measurement to prevent cardiac and cerebral disease. More and more research materials demonstrated that inflammation is closely related to the formation of AS which is a progressive inflammation reaction. Aim of the first experiment was to explore the inflammation mechanism of carotid AS formation and development process and to explore the function of inflammation factors in different stages of AS development, as well as AS plaque with different types.
