Background and Objectives Renal carcinoma is also called renal cell carcinoma(RCC) or adenocarcinoma of kidney, which is the most frequent substantive tumor of kidney,of which renal clear cell carcinoma is the most common. On the basis of statistics, the incidence rate of Renal carcinoma is the Secundum of urologial tumor. Invasion and metabasis is two important biologic characters of malignant tumor.it's the same for renal cell carcinoma.Accoring to lacking of typical clinical symptom, about 1/4-1/3 of the patients with renal cell carcinoma had metastasis when they visited doctor, it may be hematogenous metastasis or lymphatic metastasis. Bladder carcinoma is considered the most common cancer of urothelial carcinoma in China. Bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) accounts for above 90% of the bladder carcinoma. It is characterized by multiple occurance, tendency to relapse and resistance to chemotherapies. About above 50% of tumor will relapse in various kinds of operation treatment for reserving vesical. Studying the molecular mechanism about invasion and metabasis of renal cell carcinoma and bladder carcinoma is not only helpful to offer valuable molecule markers for clinical judgement prognosis, but also...
