| Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. belongs to the family of Gentianaceae,It is a kind of traditional chinese medicinal material in the mountain region of QinLing,The chemical constituents of the Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. have been studied,the progress in chemical compositions and pharmacological research were overviewed.The systematic preliminary tests have been done by the tube-test methods.It was found that the Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. contained carbohydrates,iridoids and secoiridoids,flavonoids, coumarins,alkaloids,phytosterols and triterpenoids,organic acides,volatile oils etc;no cardiac glycoside,thraquinones.Nine compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extraction of the whole herb of Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. by means of ultrasonic radiation extraction,adsorption on macroreticular resin AB-8,colum chromatography,Sephedex LH-20.Among them three compounds'structures were elucidated by direct comparison with authentic samples,it is gentiopicrin (Y-1),Asystasioside A(Y-2),isoorientin (Y-5);the others compounds'structures were identified on the analysis of their spectral data(MS,UV,IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR).It is keampferol(Y-6), oleanolic acid(Y-7),umbelliferone(Y-8),β-sistosterol(Y-9), in which compounds keampferol and umbelliferone are isolated from Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. firstly. |
