Many studies indicated Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz. have better antiphlogosis,while most reports was about the crude extract of it,less about chemical compound monomer. The purpose of this essay is separating and purifying the chemical compound monomers with antiblastic activity in dandelion,establishing the material foundation of therapy and application of clinical mastitis, meanwhile offering rationale for pharmacoreseach and clinical application of it.In the experiment the latest extraction technique with supersonic wave is used to extract the desiccative entire plants of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz., macroporous adsorptive resins column chromatography is used to dissociate the dandelion,eluting in order with distilled water,40 % and 90 % of alcoholic solution, meanwhile detecting with TLC under violet, then merging alike composition and condensing with underpressure,then obtaining water part eluted (A),40 % of alcoholic solution part eluted (B) and 90 % of alcoholic solution part eluted(C). Qualitative tests explained A has no Phenols,organic acid and flavanoid;B is possible to have Phenols and organic acid,but no flavanoid;C is possible to have flavanoid.Doing antiblastic tests by slip method to A,B,C with 5 species of infectious strains in clinical mastitis frequently——S.Aurea,E.coli,S.dysagalactiae,S.agalactiae & S.uberis,the result is proved that A has no antiblastic activity,B and C have it.
