Research On The Chemical Components Of Erigeron Breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-mazz.

The chemical components of the extraction extracted by petroleum ether from Erigeron breviscapus , have been studied in this dissertation.The work is composed of :1. Purifying and separating the chemical components of the extraction extracted by petroleum ether from Erigeron breviscapus : The pure compound A has been isolated by column chromatography from the petroleum ether extraction. It has been characterized by melting point determination, physical constants and chemical evidence, the elution gradient(petroleum ether : acetone—30:1), and TLC which were identical with the identified by our laboratory compound—pyromeconic acid. So, the compound A has been certained as pyromeconic acid.2. The chemical components of Erigeron breviscapus from petroleum ether have been studied by means of GC-MS. With the help of NIST retrieval system and mass spectra, 27 peaks and 24 kinds of compound have been identified.3. The chemical constituents of the extraction extracted by petroleum ether from Erigeron breviscapus , have been analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS): A total of 20 compounds were characterized based on mass spectra, the 5 constituents of their compounds haven't been identified because of lacking of their MS2. The 5 compounds of the other 15 compounds have been identified or tentatively characterized based on their UV,MS2,MS3,and pertinent literature, These compounds included: Scutellarin-7-O-glucuronide, Apignin-7-O-glucuronide, caaveine or Asimilobine, Apigenin-7O-glucoside, Apigenin. The compound 3 will be caaveine or Asimilobine, and the structure of the others remain to be proven in the future.The chemical components of the extraction extracted by petroleum ether from Erigeron breviscapus , have been first comprehensive systematically studied in this dissertation.
