Relationships Between Inhibin B,Leptin,LIF In Follicle Fluild And IVF-ET Results

Objective: The aim of this study was to measure concentrations of Inhibin B Leptin LIF in follicular fluid (FF) of women undergoing to in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) and to research the relationship between Inhibin B Leptin LIF and In-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF_ET ) results.Methods:Follicular fluid was collected from patients undergoing oocyte retrieval of IVF-ET. All patients consisted of 38 tubal and male factor and 8 PCOS.They recived the same controlled ovarian stimulation for IVF-ET. The levels of InhibinB Leptin LIF in follicular fluid were measured. These parameters were compared between the pregnant group and no pregnant group. The correlation between the levels of Inhibin B Leptin LIF in FF and the quality of subsequent embryo development were investigated. At the same time, to study the difference content of Inhibin B Leptin LIF between PCOS and tubal and male factor. Results: 1 The levels of Inhibin B in FF was positively correlated with the numbers of retrivaled oocyte E2 embryo quality (P <0. 05) and inversely correlated with age (P<0. 05) .It was found significantly higher in pregnant group than no pregnant group (P <0.05).
