ObjectiveTo detect the relationship between C-reactive protein and no - invasive assess of endothelial dysfunction and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods43 patients diagnosed with CHD by coronary angiography, 20 patients with stable angina,23 with unstable angina. There were 20 normal controls who underwent coronary angiography and proved to exclude CHD. The serum ET-1 ,NO and endothelium - dependent vasodilatation (FMD) of brachial artery of CHD and control group was determined in 24 hours after enter the hospital . The severity scale of coronary artery stenosis was quantatively assessed by Gensini score. We analyzed the relationship between CRP, ET-1,NO,FMD and coronary stenosis , stability.Results(1)The serum ET-1 concentrations were 1. 60 ± 0. 38μg/l, 2. 79 ±0. 65 μg/ 1,3. 11 ± 0.72 μg/l, respectively, for the normal control group and the stable angina group, the unstable angina group. ET-1 level in the stable angina group and the unstable angina group were significantly higher than that of normal controls...
