ObjectiveDiabetes mellitus can be roughly divided into type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. A lot of resent researches about cytokine have found that cytokine play an important role in the disease development of type 1 diabetes mellitus patients and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. At present, there are a lot of researches a-bout chronic inflammatory processes may have important role in the development of type 2 diabetes, obesity and insulin resistance. But there are not reports about the relationship between the obesity and non - obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus patients' chronic inflammation. But CRP is one of the most significant kind of a-cute react protein,it is a representative of inflammation. TNF - α and IL series are also the important part of the cytokine network, and also represent the inflammation. This study is to investgate the level of c - reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor - α and interlenkin - 1 βin peripheral blood of type 2 diabetic patients with or without desity so as to investgate if there is difference between the chronic inflammation in obesity and non - obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus patient, To differentiate the inflammation expression etiology and pathogenesy in obesity and non — obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus , so as to provide more efficient diagnose, precaution and cure method.Materials and methodsSubjects: Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in out and in - patients were re-...
