BackgroundGastric cancer is the most common kind of digestive systemcancers in China ,most (95%) cases of gastric cancer are adenocarcinomas that occur in the lining of the stomach (mucosa).There were about 16 people of 100 thousand died of gastric cancer ever year in China . The development and progression of gastric cancer is a multistep process, which involves many factors, such as abnormal activation in oncogene, loss of function in tumor suppressor gene and alteration of signalling pathways .The alteration of the Wnt signalling pathway is relative to the development and progression of most cancers, the most importmant mutation of the Wnt signalling pathway(the canonical Wnt signalling pathway incluing apc-β-catenin-Lef7Tcf) was ultimately leading to the stabilization and accumulation of β-catenin protein in the cytoplasm ,then β-catenin protein translocate to the nucleus of a cell where β-catenin protein functions as a confactor for DNA transcription factors of the T-cell factor /Lymphoid...
