ObjectiveMaking a microanatomical study of the operating spaces in sellar region under different visual angles by microscope,to observe and measure the bouncary,area,content and relationship among important structure of the operating spaces, to offer anatomical reference for clinic.MethodThe anaomy of the operating spaces in sellar region via pterional approach was studied in 15 adult cadaver brains by microscope.Making an observation and measuring the bouncary,area and contents of the three operating spaces under the different visual angles(0°,30°,45°,60°). The datas were analyzed with SPSS10.0 software.ResultThe structures of the spaces were described and measured under different visual angles. Space I was prechiasmatic space.
