Objective: The cardiovascular disease is the main threat to people's health and life, and the heart failure has been the main syndrome and the last outcome. It has important clinical significant to diagnose heart failure, to evaluate the influence of clinical treatment of heart function and its prognosis. The types of heart failures can be divided to systolic heart failure (SHF) and diastolic heart failure (DHF). There are many differences in pathogenesis, prognosis and treatment between them. But they also have some similar aspects in symptom and characteristics. So it's very difficult to differentiate only with clinical diagnosis.Brain-type natriuretic peptide was isolated and purified in 1988 by a Japanese scholar. It was composed and excreted by the cell of ventricle muscle. Its main function is to accelerate to eliminate the natrium and urine, expand blood vessel so as to ease the burden of heart, and exert effect on limiting the fibrosis of heart muscle and the plastic of heart flatness muscle. It can stop the development of heart failure. Many researches have approved that BNP has important action in the occurrence and development of heart failures. The primary purpose of this research is to study the level of B-type natriuretic peptide in plasma in the patients with heart failure, to find out the affecting factors, to compare the plasma BNP level in the patient with diastolic left ventricular failure and...
