Objective: Methods to provide more frequent feedback to attending doctors have been developed based on urea concentration sensors in the spent dialysate stream. More recently, monitoring of dialysate conductivity in the spent dialysate stream has been proposed as an alternative to urea monitoring ionic dialysance has been found to be highly correlated to urea clearance. The subject of this thesis is the kinetic modelling (Kt/V)of spent dialysate conductivity.Method:Thirty patiens with manintenance hemodialysis were investigated on JH2000 machine , and as the same time to monitor the conductivity of inlet and oulet dialysate. use the equation to get the Kt/V. K=D=Qd |Cdi-Cdo| / |Cdimax-Cdomin| ×JCdi and Cdo are the inlet and outlet dialysate conductivities (mS/cm),Qd is the speed of dialysate(L/min)D is the ionic dialysance (ml/min),J is the emendation coefficientCompare and analysis the correlation between blood-based Kt/V and conductivity-based Kt/V. evaluating the efficiency and safety of conductivity-based Kt/V .getting it's characteristic compareing the other models.ResultrThere is highly correlation between blood-based Kt/V and conductivity-based Kt/V. r=0.65,r~2=0.43.Y=0.53+0.6X.the Kt/V was significant different between group of body surface≥1.73m~2 and group of...
