Study On The Interventional Effect Of Qileng Decoction And Its Decomposed Formulas On Mitochondria Mediated And Capase-9 Dependent Apoptopic Pathway

Objective:To study therapeutical effect of QiLeng decoction (composed of mongolian milkvetch root,snakegourd root,mulberry,common burreed rhizome,etc)which is capable of benefiting vital energy(BVE), nourishing yin(NY), activating blood circulation(ABC) on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury to rats.Meanwhile, studyed on the interventional effect of Qileng Decoction on mitochondria mediated and capase-9 dependent apoptopic pathway. The results were compared with that of the group of QLDWNY which is eliminating medicaments for Nourishing-Yin from QLD to verify that BVENFYABC has a better therapeutic effect than BVEABC for ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into four groups including sham-operation group, NS control group, QLDWNY group and QLD group. The model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were induced by using modified thread embolizing in rats. Neurography grade were evaluated at 2h, 4h , 6h , 12h and 24h, 48h after cerebral ischemia reperfusion, and thepathology changes was observed at 24h reperfusion time.
