Purpose:Move through the application of pulse-taking inflatable instrument is used to detect the pulse condition in patients with spleen and stomach department disease,clear intelligent instrument of pulse have the ability to distinguish between the different pulse condition and accurate detection of pulse condition,further proof that the instrument of pulse in Chinese medicine remote assessment model of maneuverability,and can reduce the subjectivity and diversity of human pulse,for future mobile inflatable instrument can be widely used in pulse-Internet hospital foundation,at the same time make the traditional Chinese medicine scientific,objective,remote pulse condition.Material and method:Application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the smart phone remote intelligent instrument of pulse detection regions in northern war zone general hospital outpatient department of 270 cases of spleen and stomach disease patients,and according to the results of instrument measurement of pulse to pulse condition is divided into string vein group,group,the virtual vein group,fine vein group,floating pulse,heavy vein group,the number of pulse,slow pulse,late vein group,each group 30 cases,the collection of a medical center of 30 cases of healthy check-up report no abnormality is flat vein pulse condition figure,The data of parameters P1(y),P2(y),P1(x),P2(x),Pr,H1(y),-H1(y),H1(x),-H1(x)and H2(y)in the pulse diagram above were compared and analyzed respectively,and the pathophysiological principles of the generation of each pulse were discussed.Results:1.The blood pressure value P1(y)on the vessel wall in the chordal vein group and the slide vein group was higher than that in the plain vein group(p<0.05),while the value of P1(y)in the floating vein group,the veinlet group and the imaginary vein group was lower than that in the plain vein group(p<0.05).The pressure value of P2(y)on blood vessel wall was higher in the chord group,the slide group and the number group than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05),while the value of P2(y)was lower in the late pulse group,the floating pulse group,the veinlet group and the virtual pulse group than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05).2.The measurement time P1(x)corresponding to the abscissa of point P1 appeared earlier than that of the pingmai group in the process of sedimentation(p<0.05),and the measurement time P2(x)corresponding to the abscissa of point P2 appeared later than that of the pingmai group in the process of floatation(p<0.05).The corresponding measurement time P1(x)in the virtual pulse group appeared later than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05),and the corresponding measurement time P2(x)in the floating pulse group appeared earlier than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05).3.The maximum pressure value H1(y)of the radial artery pulse wave on the cuff in the floating pulse group,the slide pulse group,the veinlet group and the chord pulse group in the systolic radial artery pulse wave was greater than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05),while the value of H1(y)in the virtual pulse group and the sinking pulse group was smaller than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05).The minimum pressure value of-H1(y)of the radial pulse wave on the cuff in the floating pulse group,the slide pulse group and the veinlet group was all smaller than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05),while the value of-H1(y)in the string pulse group,the virtual pulse group and the sinking pulse group was larger than that in the flat pulse group(p<0.05).The maximum pressure value of H2(y)of radial pulse wave on cuff was zero in the number pulse group during cardiac diastole.4.Pulse rate Pr in the multi-pulse group was faster than that in the plain pulse group(p<0.01),while that in the slow pulse group was slower than that in the plain pulse group(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.The mobile inflatable pulse detector can accurately and effectively detect and distinguish nine different pulse patterns,objectively reflect the waveform differences and parameter changes of different pulse patterns,and to some extent explain the pathophysiological principle of each pulse pattern.2.The mobile inflatable pulse detector has the potential to be applied in the telemedicine mode,which can replace the artificial pulse diagnosis in the telemedicine mode,providing more convenient conditions for the patients to return to the clinic,and is also an effective way to implement the telemedicine mode in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
