Then, the effective ingredient of other herb were extracted by water decocting method. Secondly, in order to prevent the drug from moisture absorption,the starch was used as an excipient and anti-moisture absorption agent, then the drug powder was made into particles against moisture absorption. Absolute alcohol was elected as wetting agent through factors test. Finally particles could be put into capsules after sieving.Quality standards had been established for medicinal substances, adjuvant and preparation; dandelion, caulis sargentodoxae, paeoniae radix, lightyellow sophora root, salvia miltiorrhiza and nutgrass galingale rhizome were identified by TLC. Taking salvianolic acid B and peoniflorin as index, the high performance liquid chromatography method was used to determine the content of salvia miltiorrhiz and paeoniae radix in the drug, and provided the content of salvianolic acid B proprietary not less than 1.24%, peoniflorin 0.65%.Its stability was very good within the storage period.
