Kangfuyan lablet consist of Herba Taruxaci, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Rhizoma Corydalis and other traditional medicine. It can be used to treat illness of women. The ones that incorporated Chinese medical theory and modern medical theory, laboratory research and clinical experience into an organic whole were made well up.It is base on the premise that clinical curative effect is reliable that this subject is studied, carry on systematic research to the kangfuyan tablet in terms of pharmacy, establish the foundation for developing this preparation into a new medicine. The abstraction method of Kangfuyan tablet is as same as Kangfuyan capsule, so we only study those uncertain factors. In quality standards studies, the study on TLC identification method for Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Atractylodis and Rhizoma Corydalis is carried out. Then we establish the content determination method of paeoniflorin. High-efficient liquid phase chromatogram law is used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra. At the same time, we make its limit of content, we also studied the preliminary stability about three types of kangfuyan tablets by constant temperature acceleration tests(40℃, 75%) and room temperature tests.The best preparation procedure is listed : Rhizoma Corydalis is abstracted with 70% ethanol, for the first time, adding 8 times 70% ethanol as much as the dosage of prescription, adding 6 times 70% ethanol for second time, extrated 2 times, 1.5h per time. Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhizoma Atractylodis are abstracted with 8 times water for 4h. Herba Taraxaci and other five materials are abstracted with water, adding 10 times water for first time and adding 8 times for second time. Then tablets can be produce with certain condition.The result of study of the quality level shows that the TLC spots of Finished product include Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Atractylodis and Rhizoma Corydalis were very clear in the preparation. The content of paeoniflorin (C₂₃H₂₈O₁₁) is not lower than 0.4mg in every tablet. The method learns to show in result of study: The stability, precision, rate of recovery of this method accord with the quantitative analysis requirement, the quality that can be regarded as a product accuses of the index.Room temperature stability testing result and accelerated stability testing result shows: Forms of this product, distinguishing, checking, the content is determined, etc. None has changed within 12 months, prove the quality within 1 years of product is steady.
