On the basis of the biological characterization ,in the 56 cases ,43 were with lymph node metastasis, while 13 cases were without metastasis.Depth of invasion to mucosa/submucosa, muscularis and serosa were 2, 17 and 37 respectively. In the 56 , 22 were in sinus ventriculi, 6 in corpus ventriculi and 28 in fundus and cardia ventriculi.Tumoer size that was smaller than 5cm were 34 cases, while that was bigger than 5cm were 22 cases. At the same time, harvested 10 samples of normal gastric tissue as control . Immunohistochemistry was imployed to detect the expression of NF-κBp65 and uPA in all of samples. Results: 1. The expression features of NF-κBp65 in gastric carcinoma.(1) 10 normal gastric tissue cases were almost negative for the expression of NF-κBp65 .But a relatively high positive expression rate was found in gastric carcinoma.Of the 56 patients with gastric carcinoma,50(89.3%) were expressed positively for NF-κBp65 , which had obvious statistical significance (P<0.01). | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Gastric carcinoma, NF-κBp65, uPA, Immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
