The Expression And Significance Of Clusterin And Survivin In Prostate Cancer

Objectives: â‘  To study the different expression of Clusterin among the normal prostate tissue and benign hyperplastic prostate tissue and prostate cancer,so do the Survivin. â‘¡ To study whether or not the expression level of Clusterin and Survivin follow the tumor' s Gleason score or clinical staging. â‘¢ To study whether there is corelation between Clusterin and Survivin in prostate cancer. Methods:1. SP Immunohistochemical staining method was employed to study the expression of Clusterin and Survivin, 9 normal prostate specimens and 12 benign hyperplastic prostate specimens and 43 prostate cancer specimens were applicated.
