The Expression And The Clinical Significance Of Integrin αvβ3/αvβ5 In The Prostate Cancer Tissues

Objective:In this study, expression ofαvβ3 andαvβ5 in human prostate cancer culture were examined with immunohistochemical staining and the relationship between expression and Gleason grade were researched in prostate cancer.Methods:Human prostatic hyperplasia tissue samples collected 29 cases, 58 cases of prostate cancer tissue samples, immunohistochemical detection of prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancerαvβ3 andαvβ5 integrin expression, analysis of their prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancerdifferences; collected the clinical data of these patients, the Gleason grade of prostate cancer, clinical staging.To discuss the integrinαvβ3 andαvβ5 protein and prostate cancer clinical stage and Gleason grade statistical analysis of the relationship between the rows.Results:The positive rates of in BPH and Pca were 6.9% and 72.4% respectively (P<0.01). And the positive level ofαvβ3 and prostate cancer Gleason grade and clinical stage are related. The positive rates of in BPH and Pca were 10.4% and 75.9% respectively (P<0.01). And the positive level ofαvβ5 and prostate cancer Gleason grade and clinical stage are related.Integrinαvβ3 andαvβ5 positive expression intensity of clinical staging in prostate cancer T3 + T4 was significantly higher than that of T1 + T2, a significant difference was significant (P<0.05); integrinαvβ3 andαvβ5 protein in prostate cancerOrganization Gleason scores less than or equal to less than 6 positive expression of time-sharing in the Gleason score greater than or equal to 8 time-positive expression were significantly different statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:The expression ofαvβ3 andαvβ5 are obviously in prostate carcinoma,and it has a clear correlation with the Gleason grade and clinical stage.αvβ3 andαvβ5 may have important clinical value to the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate carcinoma.Tip integrinαvβ3 andαvβ5 protein can be used for diagnosis of prostate cancer, to help determine the extent of prostate cancer and the progress.
