Effect Of Early Short Time Hemofiltration On Plasma Levels Of Cytokines And Lung Injury In Dogs With Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Backgrounds Recently,accompany with the development of people's living condition and the change of people's food structure,especially with the increasing consumption of alcohol and fat,the morbidity of acute pancreatitis in our country become much higher.Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) is a disvastating disease,can lead to multiple organ disfunction(MODS),have a high mortality rate ,and influencing deeply on people's health , so more and more research work taking the emphasis on it.Acute lung injury is the most important complication of SAP,often lead to death.Now, the disequilibrium between pre-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory mediators is considered to be one of the main mechanisms of MODS.therefore,the key point for early treatment of SAP is how to eliminate pancreatitis-related mediators and leading to a ideal balance between pre-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory mediators.Continuous venovenous hemofiltration(CVVH) could remove this mediators efficiency has been reported recently,so it is hopeful that the prognosis of SAP can be improved by CVVH.Objectives To study the effect of early short-time high volume venovenous hemofiltration (ESHVVH) on plasma level of TNF-a(tumor necrosis factor- a), IL-6(interleukin-6), IL-10(interleukin-10) and lung injury, Discuss the probably therapy mechanism of hemofiltration on SAP.Methods SAP models were established by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate(NaTc) into the main pancreatic duct under the surgery, sixteen dogs were selected and divided randomly into two groups: including non-hemofiltration group(NHF,n=8) and hemofiltration group(HF,n=8),HF group receive high volume and zero-balance hemofiltration plus mechanical...
