Methods: The immunohisochemical s-p was used to detect the expression of KGF, P16, Ki-67 in 14 cases cervix carcinoma and 77 cases CIN and 23 cases normal cervical epithelia. Results: (1)Positive rates of KGF in the normal cervical epithelia was 13.04%(3/23). Positive rates of KGF in the CINI was 66.7%(10/15). Positive rates of KGF in the CINII was 60.71 %(17/28). Positive rates of KGF in the CINIII was 38.24% (13/34). Positive rates of KGF in the cervix carcinoma was 50%(7/14). Positive rates of KGF in the CIN and the cervix carcinoma were notably higher than in the normal cervical epithelia. The difference had significance of statistics(P<0.05). Positive rates of P16 in the normal cervical epithelia was4.30%(l/23). Positive rates of P16 in the CINI was 60.00%(9/15). Positive rates of P16 in the CINII was 78.57%(22/28). Positive rates of P16 in the CINIII was 94.12%(32/34). Positive rates of P16 in the cervix carcinoma was 100% (14/14). Positive rates of P16 in the CIN and the cervix carcinoma were notably higher than in the normal cervical epithelia. The difference had significance of statistics(P<0.01). Positive rates of Ki-67 in the normal cervical epithelia was 39.13%(9/23). Positive rates of Ki-67in the CINI was 93.33%(14/15). Positive rates of Ki-67in the CINII was 96.43% (27/28). Positive rates of Ki-67 in the CINIII was 100%(34/34). Positive...
