| Objective: The study sought to measure Plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),The cardiac muscle creatase and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patiens with chronic congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction. In order to approach the effect,realationship and value of diagnose in these disease. It is focal point to study relationship of BNP with heart function for offer quickly and effective methods for differential diagnosis.Methods: 65 patients with decompensated CHF ,63 patients with AMI were evaluated with blood,biochemistry, CRP,CK-MB ,electrocardiogram ,chest roentgenogram ,echocardiogram, plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),BNP was evaluated with Triage BNP test board. And 32 patients were without CHF. The controls were 10 healthy persons. Patients were followed up in three months, the end points were cardiovascular mortality and rehospitality with decompensated heart failure. Patients with AMI were followed up in three months, the end points were cardiovascular event (death,AMI and repeated chest pain).Results: Patients with CHF had higher plasma BNP than patiens without CHF (736.0±359.4pg/ml vs 56.4±25.3pg/ml, p<0.001), healthy controls (736.0±359.4pg/ml vs 19.6±7.3pg/ml, p<0.001), and patiens with AMI(736.0±359.4pg/ml vs 316.2±135.5pg/ml,p<0.001).Patiens with AMI had higher plasma BNP than healthy contros (316.2±135.5pg/ml vs 19.6±7.3pg/ml,p<0.001).Plasma BNP rised with deteriorate heart function. Patiens with diffirent etiology in CHF had similar plasma BNP. Plasma BNP were significantly realated with heart function (r=0.538,p<0.001), left-venteicular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) (r=0.288,p<0.05),left-venteicular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) (r=0.342,p<0.01) and left ejection fraction (LVEF) (r=-0.416,p<0.001).Multiple regession analysis showed that the indepengently... |
