Clinical Study On Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation Type Of TCM And Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide,C-reactive Protein In Patients With Congestive Heart Failure And Effect Of Medicine

Objective:①To study the relationship between syndrome differentiation type of TCM and Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide(BNP),Serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) to research impersonal reference in TCM syndrome and clinical treatment.②To research the effect of shengmainingxin decoction treating CHF with deficiency of both qi and yin to confirm the relationship further.Methods:①To study syndrome differentiation type of TCM in 55 patients with CHF by BNP,CRP, and take 13 health people as the normal control group matching in age,stature and so on. The 3 different type of TCM of CHF are compared with each other by BNP,CRP, and then are compared with the normal control group, observing the change of index to study the relationship.②On the basis of the principle for"one type one prescription"observe the curative effect and improvement of index through treating 25 patients with CHF with deficiency of both qi and yin,and take 15 patients with CHF with deficiency of both qi and yin as the comparing group,then are compared with the treating group.Results:⑴Relationship study:①The index of BNP showed that: the yang deficiency of heart and kidney group>the qi deficiency and blood stasis group > deficiency of qi and yin group > the normal group.②The index of CRP showed the same change as the BNP.⑵Treating study:After treatment by shengmainingxin decoction the indexesof BNP and CRP are obvious reducing. Several grade system all showed improved(P<0.01,P<0.05). NYHA heart function classification showed improved too.Conclusion:⑴The relationship between syndrome differentiation type of TCM and BNP,CRP in patients with CHF is clear. With the aggraration of type of TCM,the level of BNP,CRP is developing step by step.The type of TCM can be made sure through BNP,CRP and symptom.⑵After treatment the index of BNP,CRP is found significant change.Shengmainingxin decoction can improve the left ventricular systaltic,diastolic function of CHF."one type one prescription"can confirm the relationship further, at the same time show the veracity of our differentiation type of TCM.
