Effect Of YQHX On Expression Of E-Cad And Invasion Of Human Lung Cancer Cell Lines In Vitro

Lung cancer is one of commonest tumor, easy to metastasis at early stage. Epithelial cadherin (E-Cad) is a kind of cadherin with widespread biological effects, involving in the process of genesis, development, metastasis of some carcinoma. It has been reported that there was a close relationship between expression of E-Cad and clinical multiple pathological factors, including tumor size, kind, invasion, metastasis and TNM stage. All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) is a kind of N-6-polyunsaturated fatty acid to body. The growth and metastasis of lung carcinoma was inhibited. The Chinese herbal medicine of YIQIHUOXUE (YQHX) have a certain effect in prevention and cure the metastasis of lung carcinoma, but it is still indistinct of the mechanism. In the paper, we reported YQHX of effects on proliferation and expression of E-Cad and invasion of human lung cancer cell lines: pulmonary adencarcinoma (A549) and small cell lung cancer (NC-H446) in vitro, and compared it with ATRA.By cell measured method, immunohistochemistry method, technique of image, Boyden Chamber method. We study the effects of YQHX or ATRA on proliferation, expression of E-Cad, and invasion of A549, NC-H446 cell lines with differentiation time cultured by YQHX or ATRA in vitro.The results are as following:1.
