Standardization Studies On The Use Of Chinese Traditional Medicine Analysis With HPCE

Retrospecting the evolutionary development and history of HPCE and its actuality schematically. And then I bring some advice about its future. As the importance of the paper, the development of HPCE in Chinese traditional medicine was analyzed and summarized from alkaloid, flavones, organic acid, glycoside and coumarone. Considered the development of HPCE in Chinese traditional medicine,I conceived the paper about the methodology study of alkaloid in Chinese traditional medicine and its standardization application in Chinese traditional medicine analysis with HPCE.HPCE is included in the China pharmacopoeia (2005) as an conventionality analysis way witch means that HPCE is ratified by china pharmacopoeia committee and it will be applied to analyze Chinese traditional medicine as an standardization analysis way in China pharmacopoeia. A lot of systemic work has to be done to validate the way is dependable and applied. As an example Berberine is analyzed with different pH, organic additive, pressure and temperature of the columniation. I analyzed the content of Berberine in An Gong Niu Huang wan with different ways. HPLC is used to validate the result. The consummate way of HPCE is concluded to analyze the Chinese traditional medicine of An Gong Niuhuang Wan ,Huanglian Shangqing wan, ZhiBai Dihuang wan,Xiongju Shangqing wan,Fenqing wulin wan,Zhizi Jinhua wan,Qingwei Huanglian wan,Xiang Lian Hua Zhi wan and QingFei Yihuo pian. My study makes the standardization way extend in Chinese traditional medicine which have Berberine. Analysis of Berberine in Chinese traditional medicine which produced by our company with HPCE is studied as a standardization way. A lot of task was done to make a strong basic to make the HPCE apply to China pharmacopoeia.Certainly my study is insufficient. A lot of in-depth study has to be done to make HPCE to be a new analysis applying in Chinese traditional medicine.
