Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To study the percentages of T lymphocyte subsets of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE. To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma used thymosin peptide alpha 1 after TACE, and to provide the theoretical basis to the clinical application of thymosin peptide alpha 1.Methods: Thirty-six patients who would receive TACE were divided into twogroups, treatment group(17 cases) and control group (19 cases) respectively, the patients of treatment group were injected with thymosin peptide alpha 1 subcutaneous at the dose of 1.6 mg at the 1st, 3rd. 5th day after TACE. 1.The changes of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD8+T. CD4+/CD8+T, TLC, ALT. TBIL, WBC of two groups were observed before TACE and the 1st, 7th day after TACE (single factor analysis of variance within group, independent sample t test between groups).2. The levels of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD8+T, CD4+/CD8+T of 12 normal people were tested, and then compared them with those of the two groups' ( single factor analysis of variance) . 3. Compare the changes of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD8+T, CD4+/CD8+T, TLC, ALT, TBIL, WBC in two groups at the 1st, 7th day after TACE (single factor analysis of variance within group). Results: 1.The levels of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD4+/CD8+T of two groups(treatment group and control group) were lower than those in normal people, while the percentage of CD8+T was higher than that in normal people (P<0.05).There is relation between the chnges and the staging of tumor, the size of tumor, epistom in portal vein, while there is no relation between the chnges and the level of AFP. 2. The levels of CD3+T (0. 46 ±0. 05,0. 47±0. 04),CD4+T(0. 35±0. 02.0. 34 ± 0. 02),CD4+/CD8+T(1. 06 + 0. 14,1. 05 ±0. 14) of control group decreased, while CD8+T (0. 33 ±0. 04, 0. 33 + 0. 03) increasd at the1st, 7th day after TACE(P<0.05). There is relation between the chnges and the degree of ductal ultraselection. 3. The levels of CD4+T (0.40±0.02),...
