In this thesis, the isolation,purification and the structural characteristics of polysaccharide PFSb from Pleurotus ferulae Lanzvi and somebiological activities were studies. Pleurotus ferulae Lanzvi was obtained by dry,crushed by ultrasonic and was distilled by hot water and was precipitated by alcohol to get the protein-bond polysaccharide(PFS). And then PFS was taken off pritein with the methed of Sevag. After Sephadex G-100 column chromatography,there was one polysaccharide PFSb. The sample has done part physics and chemistry character detecting, has ascertained that for pure amylose to gains amylose, three kinds monose are composed of by the fact that infertile layer-upon-layer silica gel has analysed, ascertaining its from wood sugar, glucose and galactose.Analyzed by Infrared Ray(IR) and Nuclear Resonance(NMR),The structure of PFSb is chiefly linked by a-glycoside bonds, while the backbone of PFSb is mainly linked 1-4 glycoside bonds and a few 1-6 linkage.The cytotoxicity of several samples on Hela cell was studied by MTT bioassay. The results showed that all samples had some cytotoxicity on Hela cell and the mix polysaccharides suppression effect were good, but the activity of polysaccharide PFSb was not very potent.
