The Study On Variety And Quality Of Commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae

This dissertation included two parts: summary of related literatures; studies on the history development , chemical constituents , pharmacological activities of Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae;A review on the research progress of Dryopteris plants in chemical constituents , pharmacological activities. A content analysis method of total dryocrassins was established by visible spectrophotometry for the first time .With this method , we measured fifty-six commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae samples collected from different provinces and districts .The results showed the content of the total dryocrassins in Dryopteris crassirhizoma is the highest and the Malteuccia struthiopteris is the lowest. We also use TLCS method to measure the content of Dryocrassine ABBA in 56 Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae samples to compare the quality among them.Part one : The documents about the present research situation in Chinese medicine Guan Zhong were summed up and analyzed. A review on the research progress of Dryopteris plants in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities was presented.Part two: According to the research on the commercial Guan-zhong, we collected fifty-six commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae samples from different provinces and districts as material to study, because there are a lot of species plant used as Guan-zhong and it is necessary to do quality compare among them.Firstly, with microscopic assessment , we identified the samples. It has become clear that Dryopteris crassirhizoma, D. peninsulae,Lunathyrium acrostichoides,Woodwardia japonica, W. unigemmata, Blechnum oriental and Malteuccia struthiopteris are used as commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae at present.Secondly, according to the papers of the research on reference , chemical and pharmacological research show that compounds of dryocrassins possess the effects of anti-bacterial, anti-virus , and anti-tumor. So the research of Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae, quality control was carried on basing on the standard of dryocrassin . Preparation and accumulation some quantitive standards optimization of preparing for high purity chemical control of dryocrassin is which was drawn from Column chromatograph,thin layer chromatography,HPLC and Recrystalization. It is identified the structure by using of the 1HNMR and 13CNMR chemical shifts of Dryocrassine ABBA.In such way dryocrassin with the purity of 98.5% proved by TLCS was got. So it was suitable as reference substance.Thirdly , content analysis of total dryocrassins was established by colorimetry for the first time .This method is reliable and steady.With this method , we measured fifty-six commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae samples collected from different provinces and districts .The results showed the content of the total dryocrassins in Dryopteris crassirhizoma is the highest and the Malteuccia struthiopteris is the lowest. We also use TLCS method to measure the content of Dryocrassine ABBA in 56 Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae samples to compare the quality among them.This work has set up the discimination method about variety and quality of commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae,has made meaningful exploration for traditional Chinese medicinal materials with differentiatin variety and studying quality scientifically.
